Our house
Not too big, not too small — just right
On the edge of Supraśl, the river meets the Knyszyn Forest. Here, in the spa part of the town, stands our little house: not too big, not too small, not too close and not too far. Just right for stepping into the forest at any moment and trying to spot a bison or an elk. And yet close enough to set off and explore our colourful spa town, so full of history: the centre is only 2 km away.
Here time has stood still in the timber walls and their scent.
Villa Żubrowka Supraśl is a place to unwind for families, couples and solo travellers. Our stylish wooden Podlasie cottage is available all year round. It has two comfortable bedrooms in the attic (each with 2 single beds, which we can turn into a double at any time), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed for two and a covered terrace.
The house stands on a fenced 850 m² plot, with room to park your car and space to relax outdoors. It lies in therapeutic zone A of the Supraśl Spa, right next to a cycle path, 300 metres from the edge of the Knyszyn Forest and from the Supraśl River, and 12 km from Białystok.

A big garden and garden skittles
Children have a big garden where they can run around to their heart's content. And if you don't feel like running or get tired, we have a fun set of garden skittles the whole family can play. The house is full of curious objects, each with its own story — it is worth setting aside some time to discover them.
In the house you will find a few interesting books and Cyfra+ satellite TV. We recommend the cycle path right by the house and walks to the river, into the forest or along the boulevards in town, where there are several great playgrounds.
Remote work
Fibre internet and a desk in every room
Do we have internet? Yes, we do. Not just internet, but a fibre-optic line that brings it straight into the house. Every room — both bedrooms upstairs and the living room downstairs — has a table or desk where you can set up your laptop. In the summer months the terrace is a wonderful place to work, too.
Silence
Pine-scented air and birdsong
Villa Żubrowka Supraśl lies in the very heart of the Supraśl spa zone. Here you breathe in silence and wonderful pine-scented air. You can walk down to the river and listen to the birds singing and the frogs croaking. It is beautiful, peaceful and intimate. Firewood and a barbecue are always waiting for you at the house.

Supraśl
A spa town surrounded by forest
We promise that Supraśl will surprise you. There are few places where just 6 km² hold an Orthodox monastery, a Roman Catholic church, a Lutheran church, the Buchholtz Palace, the People's House, the Zachert Manor, the Museum of Printing, the Museum of Icons, a river, a reservoir and a beach — all of it surrounded by forest. Come for colourful experiences, blissful rest and a little of the magic of our Podlasie.
Supraśl is a town of many attractions: historic sites including the 17th-century former Basilian monastery, the ever-popular Museum of Icons, the Museum of Printing, the Wierszalin Theatre, swimming pools, the Knyszyn Forest with its walking trails, a beach with riverside boulevards, regional cuisine in many restaurants and interesting events.
This is the calmest and quietest part of Supraśl — 2 km from the centre. A cycle path runs right past the house and takes you into town. Nearby there is also the Supraśl Biodiversity Trail, including a new promenade with educational features, benches and sculptures.

Your hosts
We are a large family who love to travel. As we wander, we collect memories and bring home inspiration. Since August 2021, after a long renovation, we have been running our extraordinary wooden Podlasie cottage. Here time has stood still in the timber of the walls and their scent. We breathe in the pine forest of the Knyszyn Forest, keeping an eye out for bison and elk. Come and join us on the comfy terrace sofas so we can get to know each other better.
